10 Hours day trip Alexandria from Cairo by private vehicle

We are glad we pulled the trigger on going YL Alexandria on our last day in Egypt. The driver Ahmed was the best and is now a friend. Great time.

I liked the drive from Cairo to Alexandra. I wish we could spent more time on each attraction. Everything else was good.

Alexandria was beautiful. Painless drive from Cairo to the city. We then saw the Library of Alexandria which was very impressive. Headed to the Citadel after that which was my favorite part of the day. Also had some delicious fried fish that Ehab, our tour guide, recommended for us. Ehab was very attentive to our needs (staying hydrated, random food requests, etc) and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed

We had an incredible time seeing Alexandria with Ehab. As always he made our travel as easy and low stress as possible and made sure that we had everything we needed, from water, to food to pictures. Ehab was very knowledgeable and efficiently showed us the most important landmarks during the day. Ehab was always checking in if we needed anything or if there was anything else that we wanted to see. This was our last day of travel and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect end to our trip. We toured today on Friday and there were many people relaxing and visiting the lighthouse, catacombs, Mediterranean Sea and other important monuments and attractions.
