The booking process is a bit misleading and not clear with the itinerary saying one thing and and ended up with another. Communication was good once booked with Viator and they provided the meeting point and contact name and number for the boat. However more confusion as he was not at the boat, and lots of people keen to offer the trip. Once we were sure on the correct boat the trip was good.
