The show is an unbelievable experience, beautiful and hypnotizing Viator was not reachable: the app is not working. We could not get our paid tickets

The show was amazing however it lasted longer than we thought it would. Setting aside incredible but the toilets are pretty awful.

Vendor, Emo Tours, canceled the day before via WhatsApp message only. They did not send via email. While Viator was sending conflicting messages confirming the event.

The tour company Emo cancelled my tour and Viator failed to notify me. Viator continued to send messages that stated I would be picked up at 5:00. Waited almost an hour. This is the second time I have had this happen through Viator.

The show is fantastic and is a must. Presumably started at 19 but started at 19.50. The van picked us up at 17:45. A lot of waiting but it is Egypt. The guide was a good guy looking after us very well

Fantastic show! If you’re the type of tourist looking for a culture experience outside the typical visit to the pyramids, you’ll love this. The show is about 1 1/2 hours long, but arrive early so you can get a good seat. I booked a 5:30pm pickup but the company changed it to 6pm, which was fine, but it meant we didn’t get seats near the front. There’s an option to eat dinner before the show, I don’t know if that means you get reserved front row seats, I couldn’t find out. The show is in a historical, roofless building (loved).
