Our driver who picked us up from Luxor Airport set the tone for our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly kind. What stood out most was the small, thoughtful gesture of stopping to get us juice and water after our flight — it was such a simple act, but it meant so much after a long travel day. The drive itself was smooth and comfortable, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. It’s those little moments of care and attention that really make a difference, and he went above and beyond. A wonderful first impression of Luxor — we’re so grate
I would give zero stars of I could. Our flight was delayed and when I reached out to discuss new arrangements I was told that accommodations could be updated for an additional $10 per person and if I book his company for a tour. This was highly unprofessional and frankly it felt like I was being extorted for more money for a situation outside of my control. I wouldn't recommend this person and in fact believe he should be removed from Viator so no one has to experience this type of greed.
