They added in $20 pick up fee on the day of the tour, this was never mentioned in the tour description. They never confirmed pickup time and argue on the chat session. Viator got involved and agreed the tour description was ambiguous and granted a refund. However we are still waiting !
The horseback riding at sunset experience was absolutely amazing!! As a beginner, I was a little bit nervous, but Maraean and Abdullah did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable. The sunset was gorgeous, and I would definitely do this again.
Best experience. It was the most soothing in Luxor for such a reasonable price. I liked it better than a hot air balloon! I enjoyed horseback riding for a good 45 to 50 minutes. I didn't go through the desert, but I also enjoyed seeing the scenery along the way. I brought six apples here from breakfast at the hotel, and the staff allowed me to feed the horses apples after horseback riding. At the end, we gave the driver and additional tips to the staff who accompanied us on our horseback and left the farm. Thank you for a very happy time. For the well-being of these happy and very clever horse
