Our guide Mahran Mahmoud was outstanding in all aspects. He spoke excellent English. He listened to what we wanted to do and ensured all our needs were met. He was courteous, professional, informative and quickly developed a positive rapport with us. We give our highest commendatio. To him for the service he provided.
It was disappointed day to Port Said. The EMO tours Egypt agency sent us an unqualified guide with us. She doesn’t speak English well. She doesn’t know the tour guide regulations. She is short knowledge of Egypt history and culture. She doesn’t know the background and history of Suze Canal, just read the information of Minitary museum to us. Avoid this tour agency!
We had a great time on this tour to Port Said and Port Faoud. We even crossed on the car ferry across the Suez Canal. We had lunch at the fish market which was great. All in all a relaxing and enjoyable day. My Egypt Tour and Ehap were great.
