Private Day Tour to El-Alamein from Cairo

I got collected very on time in the lobby, the driver was already there and when we didn't meet each other he went to the reception to get a passport copy of me in order to know how I look and approached me. As my driver lived near my hotel he collected me first and then collected the guide which added an extra hour to the travel time to Alamein, which would have been nice to know in advance but well.
