We are a family of 7 people so the need for the transportation is different from the regular group. The Bella Trips reached out to us soon after we booked, and gathered required information to ensure the trip uninterrupted. The whole trip was smooth and we arrived on time. The bus was clean and the driver was nice and professional. The only thing that could improve that I can think of is, the driver held the phone in his left hand all the way, and made him only right hand on the wheel.
