Excellent service! The driver picked us on time ( in the middle of the night), very professional and friendly. Happy to recommend, would use them again!
Mohamed came to pick us up at the airport in Hurghada. He took care of the visa, which I found nice, but he took his little cut from the final price. I thought it was okay; it's cultural there. In the meantime, he was taking out other people, so we lost him and ended up asking for a phone outside to reach him. However, for the return transfer, my husband booked with his app and paid. We waited 30 minutes in front of the hotel, and no one showed up. We tried to call, and no one answered under my husband's name, but they immediately responded to mine because they thought I wanted to book on What

We were super well taken to the hotel with Mohammed and Ihab. Newer car, well driven, had drink packet O-juice with it: there was nothing to complain about. Had a flight delay. Based on the flight number provided, they were waiting for us right outside the exit. We'll be back!
