The operator is a thief, Viator too, the bus that was taking us was delayed so we lost the balloon but we contacted the operator to get us attracted or to send us your location to arrive and continue with the rest of the trip, since it was an all day tour, just yelled at us and told us that we had lost the trip, Viator was contacted who we paid for a partial disbursement and we were not returned anything, $580 for a service that they did not provide. Besides, you pay it back, we did it on our own for less than half of it.
Maria Excellent guide as well as the driver and photographer Islam little problem in the morning with the driver of the hot air balloons who was late and we were unable to take off at sunrise. Very much on this part of the excursion but the kindness of the guide and photographer made us spend an unforgettable day Thanks to them.
