Hatem was a great guide, well-versed in Egyptian history of the new kingdom. He knew I was interested in history so He took his time to dive me in details about hieroglyphics, hidden symbols and special places in the Rameses III temple and Tombs of the nobleman. Deir-el-medina is worth the visit ! I recommend add to your tour the visit to Seti I temple, It's empty of tourist and worth it if you're interested in ancient history. This tour was great! Our guide Hatem was very personable, and very knowledgeable. I learned more on this tour than any of the others. The guide is not just knowledgeable about these sights, but all of the sights and the pyramids. I felt safe and enjoyed the tour very much!
