I booked tour 1 day before. They did not pick me from hotel. My 1 day was spoiled by them. I called them 10 times to get an answer, they even did not know I was on tour list. They do not reply via their whatsapp also.
The trip itself was great but egyptians having 0 organization skills was terrible. Also, this happened: they took me and my boyfriend for a water sport ride and put us there without a life jacket! Then they drove with us too fast and we ended up in the sea. And my boyfriend doesnt swim. So i had to save him and while doing so, i started to drown myself. After they saved me as well, they blamed us for not taking life vests and they were repeatedly forcing us to do the water sport one more time?! I had to say NO 5 times before they took us back to the ship. The crew was a disaster.
