The start of the excursion was bumpy. I had booked a full package but the operator kept confusing that I had a smaller package. Then my guide jumped in and spoke with the owner (language barrier here). The owner of the tour was then understanding and helped fix the issue. We lost 45 minutes at Dendera because of this issue but after that Hany’s excellent work helped make the day better. Hany is an excellent guide I used 5 different guides via 5 different agencies across Egypt and he was the best. His knowledge is thorough and he just doesn’t state facts, he modulates and enacts and is very pas
