Note: we have reached out to the tour operator who has ensured us that an internal review is underway. Let me start out with the good…the guides and transportation. Hissam, Magdi, and Ismail were great. They are knowledgeable, friendly, open to questions, and professional. All of our travel and guided tours were either just us or with a very small group which made for a very personalized feeling. The Cairo representative, Saif, was friendly and ensured everything was well-arranged at the touch points in Cairo. Transportation in all locations was well-arranged and of good quality.
