Very disappointing organization. The balloon flight itself was beautiful and the pilot was professional, but that is where the positive experience ends. The overall organization was far below standard and did not match what was promised in advance. The bus arrived late, was outdated, and clearly not suited for the number of passengers. Instead of the promised private transfer for our group of 8 people, additional passengers were added without any prior communication, and multiple unannounced hotel pick-ups were made.
