   Day 1 - Cairo: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Egyptian Museum

   Visit the Great Pyramid of Khufu, its neighbouring pyramids and the Sphinx on the Giza Plateau, then the Egyptian Museum with its royal mummies and gilded treasures.

   Day 2 - Fly to Luxor, East Bank temples

   A short flight to Luxor, then the vast columns of Karnak and the elegant Luxor Temple, linked by the restored Avenue of Sphinxes.

   Day 3 - Luxor West Bank, then on to Aswan
