You will follow Egyptian history from the treasure-filled Egyptian Museum (Museum of Egyptian Antiquities) to the ancient Giza Pyramids on a private tour just for your party. At the museum you will see a wide collection of antiquities and learn about key objects and the stories behind them. As you move through the galleries, your Egyptologist guide will explain the cultural and historical context of the pieces you encounter. Later you will visit the Giza Pyramids to view the iconic ancient structures and the surrounding site. Along the way the guide will bring the history and culture of ancient Egypt to life, answering questions and connecting the museum exhibits with the monuments at Giza. The experience is led by an Egyptologist and includes hotel pickup and drop-off, making the day convenient and focused on what you most want to see and learn.
