This private day tour from Cairo will take you to three of Egypt’s most famous ancient sites: the Pyramids of Giza, Memphis and Sakkara. As you move between locations, an Egyptologist will guide you and provide historical context, helping you understand the significance of each site and pointing out key features as you explore. Along the way you will travel in an air-conditioned car for comfort, and the tour includes lunch. You will have time at the Pyramids of Giza to see the monumental structures up close, visit the site of ancient Memphis to learn about its role in Egypt’s history, and explore Sakkara with its distinctive archaeological remains. The combination of a specialist guide, on-site visits and comfortable transport will make it easier to absorb the stories and details of these remarkable places.

The trip was well planned. We started early with the pyramids to avoid the rush hours and completed Saqqara and Memphis in the afternoon at a relaxed pace. The trip was made exceptional because of our Egyptologist, Mr Sherif. He is remarkably knowledgeable and was able to answer all our queries. He gave us enough time at each attraction- we did not feel rushed at all. His recommendations were great for meals and stops and many times, he went out of his way to help us. This trip was made memorable by Viator and Mr. Sherif! Highly recommend it!
