Good time..blue waters and great diving
The actual experience was fantastic and I would give it 10/10 but Headouts description is misleading. If you are paying for the diving option with snorkeling just be careful that you will not get snorkeling gear which is available in the lower priced variant and the description does not make it clear either. On the day we had to purchase it from the tour company and a single piece would cost $5. If you can't swim, you need not worry as the crew is really proficient and one of the members took us around the reef using a life jackets and floating tube. FYI - life jacket would also cost $5 each.
We had a great trip to Ras mohamed. Everything went smoothly for our group of 11. The boats were super comfortable the weather was perfect for diving and snorkelling. The guides were very helpful and we had enough to eat and drink as well. Definitely 10/10
Took the Venus boat trip with my girlfriend and wow, just wow. The snorkeling spots were EPIC – like, I’ve never seen sooooo many colors underwater before. Crew was chill, especially Many (think that was his name?) who kept cracking jokes and checking if we were all good. Food was way better than expected for a boat – even my picky gf ate seconds. Only thing, bring ur own towel unless you wanna pay extra, but honestly, not a biggie. Would 100% do again.
Went with a couple friends. Day was LONG but in a good way, felt like we really got our money’s worth. Boat was clean, staff super friendly (shout out to Ahmed!). Snorkeling was the highlight – saw a huge parrotfish. Only downside was a bit too many people on board for my taste, esp when everyone rushed for lunch at once. Still, would recommend for a chill day out.
