Пещерная церковь Святого Симона и церкви Старого Каира: частный тур

On this private tour you’ll get off the beaten path to visit the Monastery of Saint Simon, also known as the Cave Church of Saint Simon, and to explore the churches of Coptic Cairo. The focus is on the experience of the places themselves: their architecture, atmosphere and place within Cairo’s Christian heritage. The tour keeps a personal pace so you can take in each site without rushing. As you move through Coptic Cairo you’ll see some of the city’s most important Christian sites, including the Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church, the Church of Saint Barbara and the Hanging Church. Along the way the tour goes beyond the main sights for a glimpse of “garbage city,” a fascinating Cairo neighbourhood that most visitors overlook entirely. The mix of well-known churches and off-the-beaten-track neighbourhood life gives you a rounded sense of this part of the city and its communities.
