Tour Guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo, enjoy an excursion to visit the Egyptian Museum, which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1922s when his tomb was excavated, Proceed to have your lunch at local restaurant then Move to visit Old Cairo including visits to the Hanging Church, Abu Serga Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue,There you will drive to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, (if there's enough time), one of the most famous and oldest bazaars in the Middle East. You will be transferred back to your hotel.

He is very knowledgeable and spent 2.5 hours at the museum. I really wanted 3.5 hrs. He was on his phone often. The Coptic Churches we spent under an hour. Then a fast lunch. I was home by 1:30. He did not earn his pay, and I will never take an Ancient Egypt tour again. I am planning to return once the new museum is open and has been shaken down. I did not get what I paid for.
Il museo Egizio è pieno di tesori fantastici e ben conservati. La guida, chiaramente non egittologa, non ha saputo però rendere la visita accattivante per i miei bambini di 6 e 8 anni. Ne acqua né snack ci sono stati offerti, come era invece previsto.
