Banana Island Nile Boat Trip with Fresh Bananas & Mint Tea

Escape the bustle of the city and temple crowds with a relaxing private excursion along the Nile to Luxor's famous Banana Island Sara (Gezira el-Moz). Your experience begins with a seamless pickup from your hotel or Nile cruise ship in Luxor, transferring directly to the riverbank. Board your private boat and enjoy the cool river breeze and scenic countryside views as you sail south along the Nile. Upon arriving at the island, take an easy, guided stroll through shaded plantations filled with banana trees, date palms, citrus, and local crops. Discover authentic rural Nile life, observe the resident farm animals, and unwind at the open-air riverside cafe. While taking in the peaceful water views, enjoy a complimentary plate of sweet, freshly harvested island bananas served alongside authentic hot Egyptian mint tea. After your island visit, re-board the boat for a calm, scenic cruise back to Luxor, concluding with a comfortable transfer directly to your accommodation.
