On the day of the first transfer, they told us to choose a bus or a van to go to Siwa. We chose the bus to be more comfortable, but they sent us by van... and on top of that, the seats were already pre-assigned, and we were seated behind the driver, who was wearing his nets (making noise) and with the window down. We arrived and were told we would have breakfast in half an hour. An hour went by with nothing until they finally told us it was ready. It consisted only of food, not
