The tour was good for the price you pay. It was difficult in general to get a hold of Nice Tours. Getting information from them was a complete hassle. Contacting them through Viator, they never responded back. Texting them on WhatsApp I would get delayed responses at least. When I asked them about hotel bookings (I had booked this tour months in advance), they refused to provide it until late in the afternoon the day before the tour started. Overall, it was a pretty good trip for our family. We visited last week of Nov to first week of December. Everything was taken care of very well. The guides/drivers showed up on time as anticipated and are quite knowledgeable. We also got upgraded to a Luxury ship on our Nile cruise at no charge which is very nice. The hotel at Cairo is also reasonably good. I would advise Viator to also offer 5 star class of hotels for a higher payment as an option for an enhanced experience.
