My friend and I enjoyed this tour and the coordinator/operators were extremely responsive and helpful, thus the 5 stars. The tour coordinator was extremely responsive throughout providing support and real-time help via WhatsApp, and the half-dozen+ tour guides or drivers we encountered at various locations are extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the ancient sites, picking us up from bus/train stations, and making sure we have very smooth transfers. First it's amazing to see ancient Egypt and this tour covers a ton of ground if you look on a map how far away Cairo/Giza is from Luxor-
Like the overview claims, Take the stress out of planning with this 9-day sightseeing tour of Egypt. I have used Viator many times just because of this rational…to take the stress out of traveling somewhere I have never been to before. This trip started out rough, on my first day in Cairo my guide was Sherif…he charged me double for a ticket that was already included in the package, then later he charged me for my free lunch, amongst other things…I was thinking “What did I get myself into.” It was a stressful first day. Definitely do the Nile cruise tour. We stayed in really nice cruise and staff was amazing. In Egypt you need to have a guide that you can trust. Our guide Sherif was an Egyptologist and he had a lot of knowledge about history. He was taking care of us and very helpfull. We had a amazing experience.
