Nice and clean car. The driver was punctual and communication with the team was seamless. Nothing to fault.
Very easy pickup, driver was waiting outdoors right outside of baggage claim. Vehicle was nice and the air conditioning worked well. Driver spoke English and was very friendly.
This is a very reliable transfer company - immediate follow-up upon booking, clear instructions, clear information about driver and pick-up. Everything is smooth and seamless. Do order a pick-up. Luxor taxi ride could be problematic.
Driver didn't speak good English, but overall experience was great. He waited us at the airport and sent us to our hotel safely.
This Service was by Mut Tours and they were nothing short of outstanding! They are highly professional (believe me this is a challenge in Egypt), they are trustworthy, punctual and provide and exceptional service. Prior to pick up they contacted me to confirm timings and pick up location, the provided water and juice during the transfer too. They were so good that I booked them for my return transfer. This company nothing short of outstanding, check them out for yourself!
