Il Cairo vecchio e il bazar di Khan el-Khalili

This tour is pretty useless unless you know where exactly you want to be. We went to the bazaar for less than 10 minutes then he asked where we wanted to go or what we wanted to buy. I told him that we wanted the tour we had booked. We don’t know the city and wanted him to show us around and show us the area. The driver and tour guide seemed to just think of random things to do instead of having a planned tour. He then took us around to different shops where we were pressured to buy stuff we didn’t want. My friend and I had a wonderful time on our private tour with our friendly and very knowledgable guide, Dhalia. We visited the Khan El Khalili bazaar, did some shopping and took in the magical sights of Old Cairo. We also visited Coptic Cairo and explored inside the many beautiful churches there. For lunch we had Koshary at the best Koshary spot in the area. It was so delicious! Thank you Dhalia, for a truly great day!
