Be prepared to walk on uneven stone surfaces and slippery at times. If you already have an idea of what you are looking for it might be easier to shop. Your guide can help you to find bargains.

The tour guide had a natural love of the area and detailed knowledge of the history. Was flexible in the route to allow for what was of most interest.

Zizou is incredibly knowledgable. He’s also a wonderful storyteller. We stopped by the oldest hospital in the world and asked Zizou about a simple question about medical specialization. He responded with the most insightful story about medicine and innovation in Ancient Egypt. He balances a tourist’s point of view at all times and makes sure that he’s responding to questions with consideration to potential limitations or gaps in the individual’s knowledge. Cannot recommend Zizou enough!

I loved this tour! What a peek into life in Cairo - the streets were chaotic and overwhelming and we LOVED it. Our guide Tito provided so much great information and made sure we were safe and comfortable the entire time. This is really a must do tour when in Cairo!
