Where do I start? After having such a horrible first day in Cairo, The tour was the best thing that could've happened. I originally was supposed to go on a tour with Toonsi, but instead, Mohamed and his assistant Mahmoud picked us up. From the moment they picked us up, it was a breath of fresh air. They did their very best to may our tour enjoyable. Upon arrival, they shared a few details about the tour and the things we had planned for today. Our first stop was the pyramids. Mohamed briefed us on the history of the pyramids and the tombs. Afterwards, he took several pictures in different area
Communication around the booking worked well, we were picked up on time. The car was new and well maintained, the driver Tamer drove excellently: fast, but not hectic, safe. We had no better driver during our numerous trips. The guide Hosam had excellent knowledge of culture and pyramids/sphinx, was very cultured, spoke fluent German and was always available for questions and support. He had good tips for photos or going to the pyramids. The ride with the ATV/Quads is certainly not for everyone. You drive at a crazy speed through the desert, without a helmet, prefer not to think about it. In a
