First off - I should say the driver and guide Dina were amazing. However, the experience with this tour operator was well below expectations. We booked the Cairo Luxury tour based on the great reviews. We were confirmed to be picked up at 8am but after waiting 30 mins and contacting the tour company for an update with no response - I went to Viator for help. The tour company then reached out and let me know there was a mixup in time. I sent the confirmation that showed 8am and that nobody had reached out to me ahead of time to let me know differently. Otherwise I would’ve made alternate arrang
