Hissam, Magdi, and Ismail were great. They are knowledgeable, friendly, open to questions, and professional. All of our travel and guided tours were either just us or with a very small group which made for a very personalized feeling. The Cairo representative, Saif, was friendly and ensured everything was well-arranged at the touch points in Cairo. Transportation in all locations was well-arranged and of good quality.
