Excellent company and Great staffd. They were very accommodating and polite. We were running a little late they waited for us. They even upgraded us to a much better , bigger and a new car. When they dropped us they dropped us at the wrong place. When we called them they immediately came back and dropped us at rhe right place. Excellent driver , car and service and value for money. It was the weirdest transfer experience I have had in Egypt. The driver - stopped in the middle of the trip for toilet and cofee. He said he would come back in 5 mins but was back in 10 mins. We waited tor him whole time in the car - he also made a stop to the petrol station, getting petrol without engines off - he did not wear the seat belt for a conisderable amount of time - he talked with his phone for a consisrable amount of time while driving - the most unimaginable part is that he borrowed my phone for his navigation for the last 30 minutes of the trip and that i cannot use my phone for

The driver was absolutely on time, even early and the car was spotless clean and in great condition. Our driver was very friendly and drove extremely safe. There were no reckless maneuvers or speeding, on the contrary he slowed down in front of any bigger bump in the road, used turn signals and hazard lights. Sounds weird but not really the norm in Egypt 😉

Our van was spotless, and the driver was attentive and cautious. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this service.

Nice clean car and good driver from luxor to hurghada. I had originally booked for 4 pm but requested for an early pickup and the driver accommodated the same without any issues.
