Excursion d'une journée aux pyramides de Gizeh, à Memphis et à Saqqarah

After exploring the city center of Cairo, we decided to take a one day trip to Giza, Memphis and Sakkara. Compared to the hotel offer, Viator offered a great price (including lunch). We booked the tour and received the tickets in a minute. Because there was no possibility to select the pick up place during the reservation, we contacted the tour company (Emo Tours) via Whatsapp. They were super responsive and confirmed that free pick up was possible from our hotel. Our guide was Nasser. We had a communication gap because his level of English wasn’t sufficient. He gave us very basic information and didn’t have the enthusiasm/engagement of a good tour guide.

Ehab our guide was awesome. He is very patient and does his best to ensure that the tour is comfortable and informative. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to tour Giza. Ask for him!!!

Overall a very enjoyable tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and accompanied us to every single point of interest and explained the Egyptian history and background of the magnificent Pyramids. I would definitely give it a 5 * rating.

Rawan our guide and Hamada our driver were brilliant. We started at Saqqara, which made a lot more sense (from a historical perspective) than starting in Giza, and in many ways it is the more interesting site. We learned a lot and everything was done at our pace (we are 69 &70) and with great humour. Definitely recommended.
