Reviews
We enjoyed the Valley of the Queens more than the Valley of the Kings. The colours are stronger and it was quieter. The Valley of the Queens entry fee is 220 Egyptian pounds and Hatshepsut Temple is 440 Egyptian pounds
Waleed is just the nicest guy and he cared about everything. I contacted him via hus I stagram, because a friend in Luxembourg recommended him. We got picked up at our hotel in Soma Bay, Safaga at 05:45 just as planned and we had a private driver who took us to Luxor (240KM) in about two and a half hours. Great visit with Walid, expert and knowledgeable, very good english, took us to great hidden gems, and through an history masterclass
The guide Wallid was always on time, helpfull and had a very good knowledge of the history, facts and places. We tour Luxor , Assuã and Abu Simber and it was wonderful!
My friend and I had a blast with Waleed. We spent two days with him. He was very knowledgeable about all the places we visited, and he gave great recommendations for the places to see to make the most of our time and also tips for what we can do on our own time, like taking a boat to banana island and going to Luxor Museum. We arrived at the train station in the morning and Waleed was there as soon as I exited the train, holding my name card. He had a driver ready and took us straight to the temples at Karnak, then to Luxor Temple. It was a fascinating time. We learned a lot, and he also gave
We have done West Bank Luxor guided tour and we are very happy with our tour guide Rania, who has amazing knowledge of Egypt history (she is Egyptologist) and explains everything with a big passion. Actually after all tours we did in Egypt with different tour guides, she is definitely the best! Very recommendable to do guises tour with Rania if your are in Luxor!!
