Walking Tour at El Moez Street Included Al Azhar Mosque

Guide was 35 minutes late. She was only interested in flicking and touching her hair and having her photograph taken all the time. Kept calling me “honey”.

Such a wonderful tour! We enjoyed each step of the way learning about the history and details. The guide Mustafa really took his time to explain vividly the history and timeline represented along our path. As beautiful and historical as each landmark was, we could have never appreciated it without his insight. He did an excellent job not only explaining the history and the connections, but he did so in a manner that was clear, engaging, and full of life. He truly made the history come alive and it was helpful for the rest of our trip in Egypt. We really loved the tour, our guide was excellent,

Overall, Mo was very informative about all the mosques we went into. He did say he would help us barter if we wanted to buy anything which was encouraging. Once we asked, he showed us the "famous" spot to get pictures at. I thought we were going to tour around a little longer, as it said online it would be four hours and we probably only walked around for about 2 and a half hours. But overall I was happy with the experience!

Mo was an excellent tour guide; not only was he very polite and knowledgeable but he even helped get us great deals at the shops when it came to bargaining prices. Also, he was happy to answer any questions and even allowed us to continuing exploring areas of the market. I would recommend to other tourists if he is available.

I enjoyed the city views from the top of the tower with Hala! Then drinks in the cafe that over looks the city as well! I got to experience the street market
