Visiting old Egyptian Museum Citadel and Old market of Khan

Overall trip was cool BUT a few things I didn’t like- driver didn’t hold a sign in the hotel lobby like the instructions said they would, instead he waited outside but we didn’t know that. He walked inside and saw my partner and I all ready for the trip but didn’t say anything. Just walked to the reception desk, spoke to the hotel reception man and walked back out. We contacted them on WhatsApp and he was there the whole time. Said we had to tip later him for waiting that long for us. Driver was very pushy with the tips. Fuimos a todos los lugares indicados en el tour y con un extraordinario acompañamiento de nuestro guía Mahmoud Niazy, siempre muy amable, con mucho conocimiento de la cultura e historia y llevándonos a los mejores sitios locales!! Importante mencionar al conductor Yasser salah, quien nos hizo sentir seguras en todo el trayecto. 100% recomendó este tour!!

Después de pagar por un tour privado, con comida, con guía especializado y habla española; tuvimos que dejar el tour después de la visita del museo egipcio sin ni siquiera comer. Nos pusieron un guía que tenía problemas de movilidad y habla por lo que nos teníamos que parar cada poco tiempo y no pudimos entender las explicaciones por sus problemas de habla. De igual forma solicitamos una devolución de la parte guiada puesto que ha sido un fallo de la agencia y de 170€ (quitando las entradas) se supone que nos devuelven 35€ en referencia a la entrada al mercado.....ni la comida ni las explicaci

Really enjoyed our tour to the Museum, Citadel and Market. Our guide was a history teacher and a fountain of knowledge. He really was a great asset to the trip. We learnt so much. The driver was great fun too and was alway cracking jokes with my mum and we had a great time. He was a very skilled driver which is needed in Egypt.

Excursie met Omar. Deze excursie in overleg met organisatie een uur later laten beginnen. In overleg met gids naar 2 extra moskeeën geweest in plaats van de markt. Erg indrukwekkend. De hoogtepunten van het museum gezien waar de gids doorheen begeleiden. Top: veel kennis bij de gids, prettige chauffeur die veilig rijd in de chaos van cairo. Extra top dat Omar de moeite nam om te zingen in de verschillende moskeeën wat met de echo waanzinnig was om te horen. Tip: Mohamed Ali mosque en Caïro citadel staan los genoemd maar is 1 bezienswaardigheid. Museum duurde 2uur in plaats van 3. De dag was 8u

Our tour guide Yusuf was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. We had such a great time exploring the city and discussing Egyptian history. I would definitely recommend this tour!
