It was a magic experience to see Luxor sights from the air. The trip was well organized, from the pick up at the hotel to the boat ride and balloon trip and return. We felt safe and well taken care of.
The agency was completely correct, we didn't wait long for transportation replacements. They were well organized and very helpful. The flight didn't last long (about 30 minutes), but quite enough considering that this is the agency with the lowest price. Just enough to feel the experience of flight. They have my recommendation.
