VIP All inclusive Best of Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Sakkara, Memphis

The tour guide was professional and knowledgeable but very pushy trying to get us to buy gold and other excessories that were not part of the tour. He also charged us for the camel ride which was included in my ticket. Strsnge

- The guide (Ayoub) was great: very friendly, very open to chatting about current events, local life etc 5/5 - One thing that wasn't great was that the tour operator claimed that pick up and drop off wasn't included even though we booked the VIP option that lists transportation as included. They claimed it was outside of the eligible pick up zone even though it was listed in the drop down on Viator as one of the included pick up spots. They charges $25 extra which we ended up paying because we were informed a day before the tour. 3/5

The guide was very knowledgeable and kept a perfect pace. The driver was nice and managed to traffic without issue. The only negative was the car was stuffy and hot, limited AC.

This was the most incredible day of our holiday hands down. I have been to Egypt before and so knowing how stressful it can be sometimes for tourists we decided to book a private tour to see the pyramids & sphinx and I’m so happy we did. We were picked up at 8am by our tour guide Amir & driver, and then we headed to see the pyramids, went inside the great pyramid, before moving on to the camel ride at a plateau viewpoint where you could see all of the pyramids, after this we went to see the sphinx, then went to lunch before heading to Saqqara. Look, the drive and the guide were super personable. They were always kind and picked you on time. My issue was with what was supposed to be provided in the tour vs what actually was included. I didn't have my original paperwork to verify so when I was told I had to pay extra for parts of the trip, I didn't want to cause a problem and argue over what was and wasn't. When I got back, I contacted Viator and verified. For example, the trip was supposed to include a camel ride by the pyramids. I was told I had to pay an extra $25 USD to do so.
