Very good duo of drivers, pleasant and efficient. On the other hand, Bassem, the person in charge of reservations asked us the night before to cancel the ride on Viator in order to pay for it in cash. I didn’t appreciate this pressure attempt on the eve of a 4-hour trip when everything had been planned and paid for over a month ago via the platform. This action does not reflect the expected quality of service.
