We had 4 bookings though Viator while we were in Egypt. This contractor was one of 2 who showed up. And he was on time. Now for the bad news. He either didn't have or refused to use a GPS. We even offered to let him borrow ours. He kept saying he knew the directions. But he kept missing turns and had to make several U-turns. So the trip took an extra 30 minutes.
If you are looking for transportation, absolutely go with this company. Driver was great and company is very responsive. Booked last minute,and they did everything quickly and made sure we were all set to make it back to our cruise ship in time.
