We were to begin excursion behind Medinet Habu temple in king’s valley but were brought to a residence in a city were we where given 2 quad ( where we had paid for 4!). We went thought the city and on a rocky road and allowed 4 minutes on the dunes when in fact the excision was to be in the valley of kings!! The tour had agreed to take us back to the hotel on the est bank but upon our return were told to call a taxi. Worst experience ever felt like we had been had and not enjoyable at all!!

Very nice quad experience in the desert; our guide Ibrahim picked us up after crossing the river Nile by boat from Eastbank to Westbank and lead us with the quad through the desert into a valley behind the Queens valley where we stopped and enjoyed a tea fresh brewed by his brother; then back again through the desert visiting a shop of natural Egyptian oiles near the Memnon colossus, hosted by Ibrahims uncle for again fresh brewed tea and Egyptian coffee; from there back again crossing the river Nile by boat and back in the Winter Palace Hotel after a really nice afternoon.
