The organizers picked us up directly from our hotel, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Our pilot was exceptionally friendly and professional. He provided a thorough briefing before takeoff and, during the flight, pointed out several landmarks while sharing interesting historical facts about the places we saw from 1,000 feet in the air. The balloon flight was magical and amazing. All communication was fast and good. In the morning, a car picked us up and took us to the location, and after the flight ended, they took us back to where we wanted to go. We were really very satisfied and will do it again soon 🫶🏻❤️
