Step into History Half Day Exploration of the Egyptian Museum

Mohamed was excellent in my tour at The Egyptian Museum … he explained the history logically and I learnt a lot. It’s a lovely museum and I highly recommend going with Mohamed. Without a guide it would not be anywhere near as good.

Great experience...our guide Abdelwahed 'Abdo' was a very knowledgeable young man and really managed to bring our private tour alive. I would recommend this tour with Abdo as guide without hesitation. The tour itself would be around 2 and a half hours unless you wish to go into greater depth of detail...one point of note... the remaining King Tutankhamen artefacts will soon be moved to the Grand museum in Giza. We had the time of our lives. Our guide Eriny knows her history. She was very detailed in all of story telling of past lives before us. In fact she told us so much information that it made me feel like I was there living in those times. She also took us to shops where I was able to buy everything on my list and helped me get the best deal and that they were authentic. We could not have asked for a better guide. Our driver was great as well, he was very patient and maneuvered the streets of Cairo and Giza with ease. Sorry I can’t remember his name but he was great. Thank you to the both of you

Excellent guide, museum very interesting. You feel you are into the history e perceive the power of the egyptian king. Important sculptures that I saw only in the school book.

Hala was a delight! She showed us some of the masterpieces in the museum and discussed the importance of each piece. Then took us to see how the paper, papyrus, was made. Afterwards took us to a jewelry shop because I mentioned I wanted a necklace like hers-a cartouche! She was amazing! Highly recommend!
