Quad Bike Trip At Desert of Giza Pyramids

Horrible communication.After trying repeatedly to ask when the quad bikes were located so our guide could drop us off after our all day tour, they were unwilling to give a location. All they would do is give us another pickup point which we didn't want or need. We asked our guide to try and Emo began blaming her for getting involved. They became so dodgy that we felt unsafe dealing with them and opted to not take a chance with people who we didn't feel comfortable with and cancelled. Trip Advisor should not advertise this service without major changes in their business practice.

I was never communicated with beforehand for this tour. Ten minutes before pickup time, I asked reception at my hotel to call them and they said they were on their away. Arrived ten minutes late and took the group to the atv pickup. We booked 7 bikes and 3 of them cut off during use. One of my friends was being driven by a younger boy and when she asked him to slow down he didn't listen. Other than that the experience was ok.

Una decepción y diría que hasta una estafa. Fuimos en grupo y a varios de nosotros se le subieron en el quad los instructores y no les dejaban conducir ya que iban conduciendo ellos los quads. A parte de eso no vas más rápido que a 15km/h cuando el anuncio ponía que era una actividad de adrenalina y disfrute y había quads que tampoco frenaban. No repetiría ni aconsejaría a nadie a coger esta actividad habiendo cosas mucho mejores en El Cairo.

Mahmoud was too good! Is so easy to fix and talk with him, he tries to help you in everything, I recommended this activity with quads around pyramids 100%! With the enterprise is difficult to take something clear but with our friend Mahmoud was so easy and good! We were alone with him and surely was our best plan for morning in the pyramids! Thanks a lot!

Frankly...we're not sure if Emo runs the bikes or uses a 3rd party but we booked a trip through them. Got up at like 6am for an early morning ride. Got to the location to pick up the bikes and no one was there. When they showed up, took forever to get the crappy bikes to run...which they didn't...broke down over and over again all morning.
