Overview

This experience takes you to Dahshur, about 10 km south of Saqqara, where you will visit two remarkable Old Kingdom monuments. You will see the Red Pyramid, recognised as the world’s first true pyramid ever built, and stand before the striking Bent Pyramid to take in its unusual shape and scale. Along the way you will explore the Complex of Saqqara, which belongs to King Djoser and includes his step pyramid, considered the first pyramid in Egypt and the first rock-cut building by mankind in history. The visit also includes the legendary Pyramids of Giza and the iconic Sphinx, giving you a view of several of Egypt’s most famous ancient landmarks.
