The driver was generally good, but the transfer experience was disappointing. The description stated the trip would take about 3.5 hours, but it took almost 6 hours. Before departure, Google Maps showed the west route would take just 3 hours and 11 minutes, and both the east and west routes were available. However, the driver took the east route, despite our hotels being on the west. He explained (via a translation app) that the insurance doesn’t cover the west route, while the agency claimed the west road was closed. Our hotel in Aswan denied this. We suspect the travel agency chose the east
