The tour operator was flexible and was able to accommodate a change in my departure time at short notice. The price was good and competitive. The tour operator assured me that the tour would go ahead after I expressed my concerns about their bad reviews online. They kept to their word and the driver arrived promptly. Unfortunately, it's not 5 stars because the driver was very weird and made inappropriate comments to me during the trip.
