Before I purchased the booking I was in contact with Melodie over chat and i wanted to know if i did not take the transportation, will this affect my booking. They agent said it would not. When I arrived at the pyramids I was not able to use my tickets. They said they have no record of me purchasing any tickets. I would like a refund since I was not able to use your services.
