The quad tour itself is quite good. It goes through the desert and up and down sand dunes. You also get a tea in the desert and climb up a hill, which is nice. However, even on a quad tour the tourism nonsense doesn't stop. It begins with you having to buy a tourist scarf on the tourist market for tourist prices (150 egp!). This is mandatory for the tour. Instead of a helmet, lol. And it ends with a stop at an Alabaster tourist trap where they try to sell you rocks.
