Private Pickup Transfer from The Airport to Your Hotel

I was very disappointed that my daughter and I was never picked up. I tried contacting someone for over an hr and still no driver. Very unhappy. The car did not show up, blaming a “technical issue”. Had to scramble for an alternate arrangement .

Bottom Line up front: 1. Driver attempted to cheat me. 2. Service is expensive (you pay European prices for North African service). 3. The guide (Mr. Saeed) is extremely knowledgeable and professional. 4. The vehicle had poor suspension which is magnified on Cairo’/Giza’s poor road infrastructure. 5. The driver adhered to Covid-19 precautions. Full story: This was my third trip to Cairo. In my opinion, it is vital that tourists use a reputable agency to conduct airport transfers to/from your hotel (provided said hotel does not offer a reasonable shuttle service). Great service. We had a big delay in getting out of the terminal due to COVID test requirements and the HORUS team was waiting for us (and communicating with us) all the way to the end. Booked the way back to the airport with them as I was pleased with the service.

Everything worked out great. No issues finding our driver who was helpful with our suitcase. He maneuvered through the traffic of Cairo and delivered us to our hotel. Great communication from management/dispatcher.
